Wyoming Governor Signs Bill that Requires Voter ID at Polling Station (thegatewaypundit.com) Republican Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon signed House Bill 75 into law Tuesday that requires Wyoming voters to present a valid ID before casting a vote. This voter ID bill, primarily sponsored by Rep. Chuck Gray, will be effective on July 1.

The state of Pennsylvania agreed to remove the names of deceased people from voter rolls, an election-integrity watchdog group announced after reaching a settlement with state officials.
The lawsuit, (pdf) which was filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation in November 2020, alleged that some 21,000 registrants who had died were still on the state’s voter rolls at the time of the 2020 presidential election. Pennsylvania agreed to compare its voter-registration database with the Social Security Death Index, and then direct all county election commissions to remove the names of dead registrants.

Breaking: Ballot Audit in Montana Finds Irregularities Characteristic of Larger Democrat Urban Centers – 6.33% Ballots Without Required Envelopes (thegatewaypundit.com) Seaman’s office complied with Tschida’s request for access to all of the county’s ballot envelopes, and on Jan. 4 a team of volunteers, overseen by Rhoades, conducted an audit with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. The audit consisted of both a count and review of all ballot envelopes and comparing that to the number of officially recorded votes during the Nov. 3, 2020, general election.
Its conclusions were troubling: 4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots lacked envelopes— 6.33% of all votes. Without an officially printed envelope with registration information, a voter’s signature, and a postmark indicating whether it was cast on time, election officials cannot verify that a ballot is legitimate. It is against the law to count such votes.

A new report on the vast expansion of mail-in ballots in the 2020 election is set to spark new concerns among some Republicans who back former President Donald Trump’s charge that some states went too far to change the rules — illegally.
The group Nonprofit Vote said today that 28 states changed voting rules enabling more people to vote by mail than in person.
Among the three “key takeaways” cited was this: “28 States changed their policy to make it easier to use a mail ballot.”
As a result, it added, “For the first time ever, more people voted early with a mail ballot or in-person than filled out a ballot at the polls on Election Day.
Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Trump’s Last Remaining Election Challenge (theepochtimes.com)
The Supreme Court declined Monday, February 22, 2021 to hear a dispute over whether absentee ballots received up to three days after Election Day in Pennsylvania should have been counted in the 2020 presidential election.
“That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election,” Associate Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in a dissent. denied an appeal
Question: How could Assoc. Justice Thomas make a claim that there were ‘too few ballots affected to change the outcome of any federal election’ when the court refused to review any proof?
The Supreme Court on March 8 dismissed former President Donald Trump’s final remaining challenge to the 2020 presidential election results, a lawsuit challenging the results in the state of Wisconsin.
At the same time, the high court also declined to hear an emergency petition for mandamus brought by pro-Trump lawyer L. Lin Wood, who, on Dec. 30, 2020, asked the court to block the Jan. 5 runoff elections for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats. The races were won by Democrats who unseated two incumbent Republicans, handing control of that chamber to Democrats as President Joe Biden began his term of office.
The court, as is its custom when refusing to hear petitions, didn’t explain its actions. No justices indicated they were dissenting from the dismissal orders.
In the case at hand, Trump v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, court file 20-883, Trump argued in a petition filed Dec. 30, 2020, that the commission violated the U.S. Constitution when it established rules for mail-in voting without the consent of the state legislature. In the petition, Trump sought to appeal an unfavorable Dec. 24, 2020, ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Two city councilmembers in Paterson, New Jersey, were indicted on mail-in voting fraud charges related to the city’s May 2020 election, officials said on March 3.
Michael Jackson, 49, and Alex Mendez, 45, face a variety of charges including election fraud, fraud in casting mail-in votes, tampering with public records, and unauthorized possession of ballots, according to a statement from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.

After months of attempting to obtain access to the ballots, the Senate won a court case where the judge ordered the ballots to be produced to the Senate. So immediately before being told when and where to deliver the ballots, the MCBOS loaded the ballots onto a truck even though the Senate had not yet asked for the ballots. It is not believed that this move of the ballots was performed under the proper chain of custody.

The Republican-dominated Tennessee House is sparking fears of an unprecedented breach of judicial independence by moving forward with a proposal to remove a judge for expanding absentee voting in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A resolution with nearly unanimous House GOP support is calling for proceedings that could remove Davidson County Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle, whose ruling was ultimately overturned by the state Supreme Court but only after the state promised to allow people at higher risk of COVID-19 complications to vote by mail.
House Speaker Cameron Sexton said the resolution seeks to “truly see if she was legislating from the bench, which we don’t think should be allowed.”
Citing the political convulsions America has gone through in recent months, Arizona’s attorney general said he hopes a voting rights case that he’s arguing before the Supreme Court on March 2 will help to generate momentum for electoral integrity measures nationwide.
“I think we all should agree at this point that we want to have confidence in our election system,” Mark Brnovich, the state’s Republican attorney general, said in an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, in which he shared his views about the upcoming oral argument at the high court and electoral integrity measures in general.
Five People Charged With Voter Fraud in Illinois: DA’s Office (ntd.com)
Five people are being accused of various election fraud-related cases during the Nov. 3 election, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois.
The state’s attorney’s office said the charges stem from investigations into 32 cases of alleged election fraud, adding that most of those cases have been closed without investigation. However, the office stressed that several remain under investigation, according to a news release on Tuesday.
Two city council members in New Jersey were indicted on fraud charges related to mail-in voting in the city’s last election. Similarly, in Mississippi, a judge has just thrown out the results of a local election. He ordered them to now hold a redo election.
Also in Mississippi, lawmakers have just passed a bill that would ban transgender athletes from competing in female sports at schools and universities.

In this post, I have provided a complete list of the affidavits and other items of evidence to which I have been privy. These affidavits and items of evidence have been redacted to protect affiants from assault, doxing, lawsuits, threats of lawsuits and other forms of intimidation which have been directed at many of those who assert that there was election fraud in this election.
In this compilation, I attempt to differentiated between signed affidavits (i.e. false assertions invite perjury charges) and simply “evidence” meriting further investigation and verification. Many of the affidavits presented have already been entered as exhibits into state and federal lawsuits.
Across the nation, thousands of signed affidavits and other items of evidence attesting to election fraud have been generated. Clearly, assertions that there is no election fraud conflicts with this fact.
Why have these affidavits not been given their day in court? It has not been for a lack of lawsuits (See “Kraken Fashion Statement: Suit After Suit“).
Perhaps the Time Magazine article by Molly Ball entitled “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign that Saved the 2020 Election” reveals the true answer to that question. There has been a concerted effort by Big Tech, Media, and Deep State operatives to suppress this information.
Well…it will not be suppressed here.
