It happened in Garland Texas that the security team at the drawing contest was well prepared and when the attackers approached the entrance and and started firing, the off-duty Dallas policeman put them down. Little did he know that at the time the car behind the attackers had the FBI agent who came with the attackers from out of state. Yes, the FBI helped plan that attack.
