When are we going to stop piling on proof of election fraud? Let’s just scope in on Dominion machines that are not certifiable as the state of Texas found, can have their algorithms changed, and are hooked to the internet, that has been proven time and again. Mike Lindell has begged them to follow through on their suit of him so that he will have a court, that will listen to his mounds of forensic proof from across America. If you will note below, Dominion has been barred from Texas since 2012, but other states WILL NOT BEWARE.
So here is the latest account of a county, Fulton County, Pennsylvania suiting Dominion voting machines for its proven vulnerabilities. Specifically:

Texas rejected purchase of the Dominion machines for their voting system in 2012 http://oldgraypatriot.com/?p=62
My state of Texas entertained a bid from Dominion for voter machines in 2012. You will see here that “We discovered that these systems are subject to different types of unauthorized manipulation and potential fraud,” Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton tells Newsmax TV his state tested the software and rejected it.
Where some states bought Dominion machines, Texas rejected them: “We discovered that these systems are subject to different types of unauthorized manipulation and potential fraud,” he said.
As Dominion Voting Systems software comes increasingly under scrutiny in contested presidential elections this cycle, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton tells Newsmax TV his state tested the software and rejected it.
“There is a reason that Texas rejected it,” Paxton told “Stinchfield” host Grant Stinchfield. “We didn’t do it arbitrarily. We knew that these were unreliable systems. We didn’t want to trust them.
“We didn’t want to be in the same situation that some of these other states are in now where we’re questioning the results, so we clearly believe that this was a problem.”
Paxton said Texas tested Dominion software up to three different times, beginning in 2012, each time finding system failures in both hardware and software.
It’s a very simple and very effective argument: if the Halderman Declaration is accurate (and neither the federal government’s cybersecurity agency nor Dominion Voting Systems have claimed otherwise) then Dominion Voting Systems could not have delivered properly certified machines according to the contract.
