If you are going to pontificate on election stealing as ’Tom Foolery’, that both sides do it to the extent that both parties have equally dirty birches, I think you are very misguided, misinformed, any show your audience your Nativity.
As most say, to analyze a problem you need a collection of data and to compare and contrast, use expert analysis, and work a resolution.
Let’s take the results of the 2020 presidential election. The Democrats and the RINOS whisk Biden away immediately after they claimed victory. However, there were many holes in the process where Issues greater than Tom Foolery existed. So many holes in several States elections, that the state of Texas sued, and 18 other states joined that suit. And it went to the Supreme Court. Yes, it sounds like 19 states and their Republicans, as well as those sued states Republicans, felt they had been disenfranchised. Disenfranchised as detailed in the body of the lawsuit, with a ton of data and thousands of signed affidavits from poll watchers and voters from both sides of the fence. A total of 105 House Republicans joined Johnson in his brief backing Texas’ case on Thursday, which argued governors, state courts and election officials usurped the constitutional authority of state legislatures in changing election rules.
The Democrats, the willing courts and the leftist press tell us the election wasn’t stolen – (we have proof), and that Biden won – (without proof). Imagine if the Supreme Court, and any other such court decision of ‘no standing’ were to have been turned based on nothing more than the to acknowledge that 81 million voters had their vote cancelled, disenfranchised, voided, even as the voters had voted legally in all 50 states?
The Supreme Court determined that Texas and the 18 states in the suit didn’t have ‘standing’, in challenging the certification of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan. How is it that we were in all purposes disenfranchised, in that our votes were dismissed via several states illegal actions in an overall tally of common votes?
That was approximately 2 weeks before January 6th. So leading up to the Jan6 certification of states ballots, many people such as myself, knew the actions to be taken by Congress in achieving the states certifications required the VP and the states with what we knew as unverified and/or illegal state certifications to be called to question, verified, or challenged, to the satisfaction of some 81 million President Trump voters. We knew without a doubt that President Trump’s vote totals in at least 2 of those sued states were faulty. Hell, even the NYT knew.
Do you understand why all of the MAGA people were wanting Congress to do their level best in verifying and where necessary, rectify the states validations? How at the point in time weeks after the election, when we knew that the results, if not challenged, would mean that President Trump’s election was stolen, we needed a resolution. We needed a resolution that would at least resolve the issues that were presented to the Supreme Court worked by the Senate.
But the Democrats stood ready to assure that Jan6 was a disaster for MAGA Republicans, and they would work to make the gathering at the Capitol as something much much more than THE PEOPLE GATHERING AT THE PEOPLES HOUSE TO LET IT BE KNOWN TO THE SENATE, THAT THE ELECTION WAS TANTED, AND WE NEEDED THE ISSUES TO BE HEARD, AND RESOLVED.
Here are my records. Analyze your heart out. Then tell me about how both parties cheat. I have reduced the data to the Texas suit, and legal analysis of the possibility of outcomes being changed, and the legal analysis of the Senate election certification, and the NYT published proof that the GA and PA elections were stolen.
